Fully Automated Welding and Assembly Line for Miniature Circuit Breakers (C65 Series and Derivatives)

This production line is designed for the C65 modified miniature circuit breaker (MCB) with a fully automated modular structure. Conductors such as enameled wires, bimetals, and soft connectors are automatically fed, while other components are supplied via vibration feeders. Thermal and magnetic components are welded online, and housing operations are completed by automatic assembly units with 6-axis robots, enabling unmanned welding and assembly. The cycle time is approximately 3 seconds per unit.
